When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, business name, project type, and the message you choose to send. The contact form on this site prepares an email message in your browser; it does not store form submissions in a site database.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, assess whether Nepal AI Hub can help with your workflow, prepare proposals, and maintain business communication. If you choose to share business documents, examples, or workflow data later, we use that material only for the agreed assessment or project work.
Analytics and service providers
This site may use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as page views and referrers. We use Google Fonts to load typography. Contact links may open Gmail, Outlook, or your device's default email app; those services process your email according to their own policies.
Retention
We keep contact emails and project communication for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, meet operational needs, and maintain basic records. You can ask us to delete or update contact information by emailing admin@nepalaihub.com.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for business information shared with us. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so do not send highly sensitive personal, financial, health, or legal records through the initial contact form.
